Increase Successful Core Proposal XP to 500

I propose that we increase the amount of XP granted to author(s) of successful core proposals to 500 total XP. It is an incredible amount of work to ideate and champion a proposal through any DAO, let alone one of the most active, vibrant and successful DAOs of all time. As a DAO, we should attempt to recognize and reward that work appropriately.
Simply put, 150XP isn’t sufficient. XP is generally valued at 0.2GHST/XP in the marketplace. This means we are rewarding successful authors of proposals a measly 30 GHST of value for the work they put in. An increase to 500 XP/successful proposal provides an estimated value of 100 GHST of XP which still feels small but is closer to appropriately recognizing our core contributors. A larger XP allotment also allows multiple authors to split XP as dividing up 150 XP among multiple people is exceptionally painful.
There has been no update to voting XP since AGIP7! This proposal still leaves room for ongoing improvements to the voting system but immediately addresses gap in recognition.
