Delay voting for "[SigProp] Gotchiverse PAATCH 0.1c — Boost Boosts" until after the vote for Realm Paarcels as voting rights.

This proposal is to delay the vote for “[SigProp] Gotchiverse PAATCH 0.1c — Boost Boosts” until AFTER the vote for “[AGIP17] Adding Voting Power to REALM Parcels”.
Why? Some individuals invested heavily in Realms and are now left with little voting power. Considering that the mentioned proposals have significant impact for realm-owners and they are now left with less voting power, this seems unfair.
