We want to thanks the community for the feedbacks received on the renewal of the maintenance and partnership effort proposal. Very fair points and regards have been kindly expressed and brought to our attention about this initiative

From there we had 2 options : Let it go ❌ OR doing a rewrap of the proposal focused on a limited budget for specific tasks ✅

Our POV on this is it would be a shame to abandon the project without a clean finish. This proposal would be the last concerning this initiative as the DAO purpose isn’t to invest in TheSandbox Ecosystem anymore.

Our proposal is to focus only on the maintenance phase for experiences and have a clean launch of the multiplayer experience in the Alpha Season 4. All about Partnerships and Updates of Official Aavegotchi collection of avatar is abandonned in this rewrapped proposal.

At the end of this 6 month maintenance period, both experiences will be playable and operable on the Aavegotchi estate ready to host specific event that PC or DAO could organise. All rights will be sent to DAO operatives as if another initiative is to be established later on by the community.

The GFA Studio was trusted by the DAO to operate the continuation of this project in the [AGIP 106] from Februrary 2024 to July 2024.

Proposal of Funding

This proposal of funding is to empower GFA to pursue his operation of Pixelcraft lands and partnership for a limited and renewable 6 months duration with as follows duties :

1. Management of Project and Coordination
2. Official Sandbox Collection Management

• Upgrades of Aavegotchi avatar collection in Sandbox
• Aavegotchi Assets collection utility and highlight in game

3. Experience Updates

• Management of Aavegotchi Parcels in Sandbox + Collect & analysis of InGame and Traffic datas with TheSandbox
• Upgrades and modifications of experiences due to Sandbox New GameMaker and GameClient release (Forecasted Bi-Monthly for 0.10 minor versions and transition to 0.11 Major update) and specific events
• Interaction in the Slack Technical support with Sandbox Team and ticketing system

The overall budget breakdown necessary to achieve those tasks for the 6 month duration of this request is 14880$ as follows taking under consideration REX from our previous initiative schedule and recent feedbacks from the DAO :

We would suggest a monthly payment to be delivered each beginning of month in GHST (Transfer with the value of the day).
