Investment Terms

Investment Amount:

A proposal for the Aavegotchi DAO to invest $100,000 into Freckle TV’s ongoing Pre-Seed Round. (This amount can be flexible in both directions)

Valuation:

The Pre-Seed round is set at a valuation of $500K with a $5M Valuation Cap.

Discount:

In recognition of Aavegotchi DAO’s invaluable contribution, a 30% discount is proposed to expedite the investment process.

Round Status:

The current round has seen over 60% completion, attracting esteemed investors such as the Algorand Foundation and Borderless Capital. We are willing to close the round heroically!

About Gotchi Guess

Introduction:

“Gotchi Guess” is an interactive, mobile web app game show developed through a strategic partnership between Aavegotchi and Freckle TV. Set in the Aavegotchi universe, the game features Aavegotchi branding and verbiage throughout. The core gameplay involves players guessing objects from zoomed-in video clips or still images, with a unique Aavegotchi twist.

Storyline:

In a distant corner of the Aavegotchi universe, a brave Gotchi Explorer has been stranded on Earth during a special mission. Only the Gotchi Gang can help the Gotchi Explorer return home. By deciphering his “GotchiDex” journal entries filled with mysterious earthly objects, items, and sounds, you will help the Gotchi Explorer progress through the levels and make it back to the Gotchiverse. These Earthly items are not just curiosities; they hold the key to understanding new forms of “Gotchi Energy” that could revolutionize the Aavegotchi world.

Gameplay Overview:

The game is designed to be intuitive, engaging, and in line with the Aavegotchi universe. Backed by a compelling storyline, players guess objects from zoomed-in video clips or still images, and audio clips, and the points system rewards both the accuracy of the guess and the speed of response. Gameplay is progression and reward-based, with the ability to jump levels, get hints, and more by spending $GHST or hard-earned raffle tickets!

Rewards System:

Players are awarded raffle tickets based on their score, and speed of progression. Tickets can be used in an incredible prize marketplace. Tickets can also be used to purchase powerups, level skips, and beyond.
