Budget Deliverables:
The Bounty Hunter will interview three (3) law firms for DAO Foundation General Counsel. These firms must be licensed to practice law in the Cayman Islands and be practiced in the administration of the various Foundation offerings in this jurisdiction. They must be capable of and competent in providing General legal counsel re: international law and be willing to accept payment through a security retainer agreement. They must accept payment through crypto currencies.
Funding Process: Upon an approval vote the DAO Treasurer is authorized to release the sum of $450 for Bounty Hunter compensation from the Treasury wallet at 0xFFE6280ae4E864D9aF836B562359FD828EcE8020. Funds are available for distribution at the discretion of the DAO Treasurer.
Upon selection of the Foundation Company General Counsel, the DAO Treasurer is authorized to release the sum of $10,000 to be deposited into a retainer to cover legal consultation for all matters related to the DAO and the Aavegotchi DAO Foundation Company. Funds will be released from the Treasury wallet at 0xFFE6280ae4E864D9aF836B562359FD828EcE8020. Funds are available for distribution at the discretion of the DAO Treasurer.
