As discussed during last week’s meeting, the DAO Media team requires funding to continue operations. This proposal comes with improvements suggested by community members regarding DAO media production and delivery.

I have broken down deliverables for each member, the budget for 24 weeks, and the payment method.

Deliverables:

Hefe;

• Promote the newsletter over socials, grow DAO meeting audience attendance
• Run or contribute to Sunday DAO meetings or other designated DAO meetings to review active projects, the status of funded projects, active bounties, etc
• Host an unbiased space for bi-partisan or multi-partisan conversations
• Coordinate between the DAO, PixelCraft and community at large around planning and promoting Aavegotchi releases and events
• Organize project discussions
• Connect with potential partners to present
• Testing DAO tooling offering increased efficiencies
• Assist in formatting DAO proposals, relaying feedback
• Relaying concerns of asset holders at Sunday discussions
• Providing discussion spaces for ongoing DAO developments
• Assisting with DAO Dework, offering bounties on behalf of the media team, assisting other teams with posting their bounties, setting up workspaces

Nofuture;

• Livestream and record the Weekly DAO Meeting Calls
• Teaser videos covering each DAO Meeting
• Curated, short-form clips 5-8 minutes in length highlighting critical parts of every DAO discussion, integrating slides and presentation materials such as the Miro board
• Longer form video covering each relevant DAO Meeting Call Subject
• Create an archive of DAO Meeting Call summary videos and teasers
• Provide audio from these clips to Anthony Zombie Shepherd to include on the RSS feed (Spotify) for listeners

Hardkor;

• Weekly curated Miro boards based on recently relevant and ongoing events in the DAO
• Responsible for staying current on all DAO communications, standards, precedence, and historical actions
• Summarizing key ideas in forum posts into concise visual diagrams to relay to less active DAO members during meetings
• Maintaining an active workspace throughout DAO meetings Engaging participant feedback through self-applied sticky notes and in-pomptu voting on discussion topics to collect active feedback
• Providing and maintaining a follow-up space for post-meeting attendees to catch up with meeting boards, space for post-meeting comments

Zombie Shepherd;

• Recording and archiving Aavegotchi community events, DAO calls
• Recording, editing and publishing the Saturday call to the RSS feed
• keep the RSS podcast feed up to date with the highest quality audio uploads. The RSS is given additional audio treatment and content edit

Budget for 24 weeks, Calculated in USDC at the time of posting (1.40 USD) Hefe; 400 GHST/Week 9600 GHST for 24 weeks 3200 GHST for January/February(8 weeks)

Hardkor; 200 GHST/Week 4800 GHST for 24 weeks

Nofuture; 125 GHST/week 3000 GHST for 24 weeks

Zombie Shepherd; 125 GHST/week 3000 GHST for 24 weeks

Bounty Budget; Funding a note-taker (scribe), community art bounties for visuals, a weekly open bounty for skilled writers to contribute to a community-run DAO newsletter (lead by Hefe)

4000 GHST/5600 USD; 2400 GHST for weekly writer bounties, 1600 GHST for additional community bounties

Total Budget; 27,600 GHST for 24 weeks, including January and February payments for Hefe

The proposed rates and deliverables are close to the consistent work already being done. Some changes following this proposal:

• All DAO Content hosted on a dedicated YouTube Page
• Clips posted on Aavegotchi DAO Socials
• Community lead note-taking, collaborative efforts towards currently posted Aavegotchi content
• Promotional material to raise awareness of DAO calls

Disbursement: The total amount requested in USD paid out in GHST at the block time of this proposal snapshot, @1.40/GHST = $38,640 or 27,600 GHST

50% paid out to individual member wallets upon core proposal passing, 50% paid out upon reliable completion of deliverables at the end of 24 Weeks

First payment to be made within 24 hours of the Core proposal passing; second payment to be made within 72 hours of the 24 weeks concluding
