We have had many discussions about doing Forgining skill and XP delta competitions, and to do these, we need to update the Aavegotchi codebase.

This proposal serves to fund adding the code for an XP delta leaderboard, a forge leaderboard, and a forge delta leaderboard.

The files are located here, there may be other dependancies. The deprecated season 2 board can be used as a model for the delta code.

The specifications are - All leaderboards will have variables where the DAO can set the tail length and the size of the reward pool. Forge Leaderboard - this tracks the forge level of gotchis and gives rewards using our standard reward curve. Forge Delta - This tracks change in forge level, and will track forge experience gained starting from passage of this proposal, and resetting to 0 every time it pays out. XP Delta - This tracks change in XP, and will track forge experience gained starting from passage of this proposal, and resetting to 0 every time it pays out.

To claim the bounty, all three leaderboards and associated scripting should be completed and approved by PC.
