Cost:

• $25k per quarter (Q1 25’ - Q4 25’) paid in Eth on Base, $100k total
• Eth will need to be bridged from mainnet (address: 0x53c3ca81ea03001a350166d2cc0fcd9d4c1b7b62) to Base
• The reference ETH price should be the price of ETH/USDT at 00:00 UTC (of the day of the transfer) on Binance
• Rough cost breakdown: Travel 28% Lodging 25% Event Work 20% Salaries 12% Marketing Materials 10% Miscellaneous 5%

Tasks:

• Market the project/various games at IRL events
• Plan presence with Pixelcraft for said events to create an engaging experience
• Source staff, contracting local staff whenever feasible
• Secure lodging and travel for teams at each event
• Transport arcade machine
• Coordinate DAO representation at events outside of PC’s scope that are beneficial to the DAO
• DAO-related content capture, post production of content, and ensuring timely delivery of said DAO content to social streams and proof-of-attendance via live streaming
• Handling administrative tasks on behalf of the DAO (Bizdev, partnerships, onboarding of talent, administrative duties, general networking)

Other events will be added throughout the course of the year as the

DAO Merch Shop Design:

• Direct integration into the main merch site. There will be a section specifically for “DAO Merch”.
• Community voting round for designs. The voting will be token-gated, similar to Fakegotchis. If your wallet holds gotchis, one vote. The designer will also be required to hold an Aavegotchi or a certain amount of ghst to filter out low quality submissions. We are expecting to hold design competitions bi-monthly, but this is subject to change.
• Winning submission will be added to the “DAO Merch” section merch site
• A percentage of profits will be directed back to DAO, Pixelcraft, and possibly a community rewards pool, with the majority (~75%+), going to the designer.
• Expected launch date: End of Q1 2025
