PTD-A: Distribution Amount

Poll (the winning option will be used for the core-prop of “A Partial Treasury Distribution”).
Summary:
There is currently no up-to-date treasury report, but the one from July states:
- Total GHST: 17,054,636 GHST (minus 3,000,000 GHST for RF 11 and RF 12)
- Total DAI + aDAI: 346,036 DAI
- Total USDC + aUSDC: 1,257,245 USDC
- Total ETH + stETH + rETH: 1,346.27788659 ETH
As stated in the signal proposal (Partial Treasury Distribution), the goal is not to dissolve the DAO, nor to leave it in a state where it cannot function. Nor does this proposal intend to put GHST liquidity in jeopardy by significantly reducing LP positions. These options are meant to help gauge community sentiment before the core proposal is finalized.
To get a rough idea of where people stand in terms of the amount to be distributed, 3 options are presented:
A. Distribute a total value equal to 1,100 ETH to the DAO members.
B. Distribute significantly less value than 1,100 ETH.
C. Distribute significantly more value than 1,100 ETH.
