ADDITION: The Foundation still needs to file annual financial reports as part of our compliance requirements. This has not been done yet and it’s the last step needed to bring our Foundation back into compliance. Our Corp Sec. has offered us a quote to perform the accounting duties: $2,500 for 2023 & $1,500 for 2024.

THIS CORE-PROP IS ADDING A ONE-TIME $10,000 DISCRETIONARY FUND TO THE ORIGINAL PROPOSAL.

Funding Process: Upon an approval vote the DAO Treasurer is authorized to release the sum of $26,952 for reimbursement of services outlined in the Initial Foundation Company Administration Budget from the Treasury wallet at 0xFFE6280ae4E864D9aF836B562359FD828EcE8020. Funds will be distributed within seven (7) business days of an approval vote.
