Context

The original Make Aavegotchi Based Again prop did not specify how the Aavegotchi Snapshot should be updated with new voting power.

Proposal

This proposal would authorize Pixelcraft Studios, as the primary contractor to AavegotchiDAO, to author, test, or publish new strategies on the AavegotchiDAO snapshot, to account for our Base migration.

The following changes to voting strategies would be made:

• Switching support for holding GHST token on Polygon to Base
• Switching support for Aavegotchis, Wearables, and REALM Parcels from Polygon to Base.
• Removing the amGHST strategy (as GHST is frozen on Aave Polygon market) and wapGHST strategy
• Removing the FRENS Staking strategy
• Switching support for GHST staked in GLTR LP from Polygon to Base
• Switching support for GHST in Quickswap LPs on Polygon to GHST in Aerodrome or Uniswap LPs on Base

Additional leeway is requested to modify existing strategies not listed above (within reason) if issues are discovered during the migration process.

Order of Operations

Since some strategies (such as GHST Staking) rely on deployed contracts, this proposal does not specify an exact timeline by which Pixelcraft Studios must complete the migration, but authorizes us to exercise this authority once the prerequisite contracts are deployed onto Base.

Protection of Quorum

Since the amount of voting power has not materially changed, only the network it is exercised on, I believe the safest way to perform this update is by updating the strategies but maintaining the current 7.2M quorum.

The alternative would be dynamically updating quorum periodically as more assets are migrated (such as GHST and LPs), but this could introduce a risk of hostile takeover of DAO assets.
