PTD-C: How to Make Sure We Distribute Only to DAO Members?

Poll (the winning option will be used for the core-prop of “A Partial Treasury Distribution”).
Summary:
We want our DAO members to benefit from the distribution, but we do not want entities like Binance, market makers, or LP contracts to benefit from our DAO’s efforts. Only DAO members should benefit. So we need to define that term for the purpose of the distribution. This applies only to the VP and long-term hodling pools. The RF pool will be governed by future RF proposals.
Here are some options:
A. A wallet that voted on any AGIP on Snapshot:
This would include everyone who ever voted on Snapshot on any of our AGIPs. This would go toward the spirit of the DAO. It’s not really a DAO without governance.
B. A wallet that owns at least 1 Aavegotchi:
This would be a little more restrictive and exclude wallets that do not own even a single Gotchi.
C. A wallet that has interacted with the Polygon or Base Aavegotchi Diamond:
This would, for example, also include people who have ever bought or sold anything on the Bazaar.
