[AGIP 150] Renewal of DAO Facilitator Roles and Term Limit Extension (revised repost)

Proposal: The current term for DAO Facilitators concluded at the end of May 2025. We are seeking the DAO’s approval to renew the current Facilitators (Forin, roxiano, fase, and NoFuturistic) for another term and to extend the standard term length for Facilitators moving forward from 6 months (as originally established with AGIP 116) to 12 months. If passed, this proposal will retroactively apply from June 1, 2025, continuing directly from the previous term and covering the interim already served.
Rationale: Over the past 6 months, the Facilitator team has fulfilled the duties outlined in AGIP 116 - organizing and moderating DAO meetings, managing agendas, and supporting effective DAO governance. Extending the term to 12 months will support better continuity and give the team a more stable timeframe to plan and execute their responsibilities.
