Proposal Summary:
Use the auto swapper contract to turn 1 million DAI and 1 million USDC into GHST

Reasoning: 
We are in the last year of the current bull cycle and while the macro market is signaling a global economic reset/financial capitulation there is also strong signaling for a continuation the bull market after the “big reset.” (Covid bounce 2.0? Crypto friendly environment coming?)

Implementation:

1. DAI from 0x62DE034b1A69eF853c9d0D8a33D26DF5cF26682E will be used to purchase 1,024,000 ODOS tokens(currently < $10,000) - this gets us a 50% rebate on fees. We can sell this afterwards or just hold it to continue getting rebates and a significant seat in their DAO, likely enabling preferential treatment and general BASE ecosystem visibility in the future. 2. The remainder of 1 million DAI from 0x62DE034b1A69eF853c9d0D8a33D26DF5cF26682E will be swapped via OSOS.XYZ for 1 million USDC

3. The autoswapper contract from [AGIP 69] will be set to spend 3000 USDC every 15 minutes.

4. Four tranches of 500,000 USDC from 0x62DE034b1A69eF853c9d0D8a33D26DF5cF26682E will be loaded into the autoswapper contract.

The directors will load the contract only if the price of GHST is below a predetermined number that is somewhere between $0.5 and $0.69 per GHST. So as to avoid manipulation, this number is not going to be published. This price has been communicated to Coder Dan at PC and our Treasurer Maxicrouton, and is not a case of “directors making decisions for the DAO", it is simply a precautionary protection of internal operating information.
