Rationale

• Critical Infrastructure: Delegation is fundamental to our governance model

• Minimal Cost: $6,000/year is less than 0.06% of the treasury

• Fair Value: We’ve been using Snapshot for the entirety of 1inch DAO’s existence but have not paid up until this point, so this cost seems reasonable

• Avoid Disruption: Migration to alternative strategies would require smart contract changes and risk participation loss

• Additional Benefits: Proposal monitoring (2hr response), priority support, delegates dashboard, enhanced visibility

Implementation

Upon proposal execution:

1. Treasury sends $6,000 USDC to Schnaps contract
