Summary

This proposal aims to deploy 15% of lobsterdao ETH & WETH treasury (that would be around 23 ETH mark right now) and a corresponding number of lobsterdao floor-trait treasury NFTs (approximately 30 pieces with the slope of the curve suggested) - into a newly created sudoswap pool with a 2.5% fee and a slope of 3.8% exponential. That is more or less in line with the current price gap of LooksRare and Opensea listings.

Introduction

A few of you have heard of the narratives around DeFi x NFTs… Be it aggregators like Gem (bought by Opensea) and Genie (bought by Uniswap), LooksRare, and so on. One of the latest ones getting quite some attention - is Sudoswap, made by anons 0xmon, statelayer, and a few other CT dwellers. All of whom are actually lobsterdao holders & supporters too!

Why do this:

• lobsterdao collection and its community are researchers, so when a new primitive pops up - it could be fun & admirable to support it. Especially if it’s created by community members who have also been lobsters for a long time.
• 0xmon and statelayer and others have not yet raised funding or announced any conversion plans, so why not dabble with the perspectives of receiving something in the future. So far the protocol has been live and integrated around a bit with no hacks surrounding it, so it’s not too much of a risky bet. As such, a safe 15% was chosen too.
• It also improves the liquidity and can serve as a piece od DeFi for the times when protocols could possibly price these pools properly and allow LP tokens as collateral.

This initiative does not mean that sudoswap is partnering with lobsters or that any substantial support will be given - for that, sudoswap team should instead suggest and bribe lobsters to continue. This proposal is just getting the ball rolling forward. Cheers.
